1. Agreement

By requesting a quote, creating an account or booking a service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Quotes & pricing

Online estimates are based on the information you provide and our current rates. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of the move differs from what was entered (for example additional items, floors, or distance).

Surcharges may apply for weekends, holidays, seasonal peaks and emergency bookings, as shown in your quote.

3. Bookings, deposits & payment

A deposit is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.

Coupons and discounts are subject to their own conditions and may be withdrawn at any time.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling

You may reschedule or cancel a booking subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits may be non-refundable within a certain window before the scheduled date.

5. Our responsibilities

We will take reasonable care of your belongings. Liability for loss or damage is limited as permitted by law and by any insurance option you select.

Certain high-value, hazardous or prohibited items may be excluded or require special arrangements.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring safe access at both locations, and declaring fragile, valuable or special-handling items.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
