How do I get a moving quote?

Use our Instant Moving Cost Calculator — add your addresses, home size, floors, inventory and any extra services, and you'll see a transparent estimate immediately. No account is needed to see your estimate.

How is my moving price calculated?

Your quote is built from a base fee plus your home size, floors and stairs, distance and fuel, the vehicle you choose, any additional services, and the items in your inventory. Weekend, holiday and seasonal surcharges may apply, and coupons are deducted at the end.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required to confirm your booking; the remaining balance is due on completion. You can pay your deposit and balance online from your customer dashboard.

Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

Yes. You can reschedule or cancel from your customer dashboard, subject to our cancellation policy. Our team is also available to help by phone.

Can I track my move?

Absolutely. Once booked, you can follow your move live — Booking Confirmed, Driver/Crew/Vehicle Assigned, En Route, Loading, In Transit, Unloading and Completed — with notifications at each step.

Are my belongings insured?

We handle your belongings with the utmost care and offer insurance options. Contact us for details on coverage for high-value items.
